Great service, large variety and tasty

First time customer would return. Bagels were delicious, plentiful seating, however the parking lot is a bit of a disaster so please use caution. Also had to ding it a star since they didn’t have their credit card machines working had to play Frogger to get to an atm across the street.

Great local bagel shop. I like to go here for a quick breakfast and usually get locks with chive cream cheese and tomatoes on an everything bagel, so good. They have many different bagels to choose from and breakfast sandwiches as well. Also, there are a lot of different juices and coffees to drink with your meal. Staff is friendly and super efficient.

I love this place for a weekend breakfast! onA very good amount of choices and all of them are satisfying. My favorite is the salmon bagel with cream cheese. Beverages are really good too. Highly recommend it to go with the family, you will be surprised of the big lane of people and how quick the staff works to make it flow.

Very personable place, with clean tables and the best bagels in southeastern Massachusetts. If bagel joints were considered fine dining, this place would be the model.

I am from the New Jersey/New York area and it's very hard to find a good bagel in Massachusetts. These are by far the best I've had up here!!! So fluffy and great size!

This place makes dunks look like a garbage dump. The bagels are so big, fresh and packed with flavor. The coffee is fresh and high quality while providing you with a self serve coffee station so if your coffee is wrong it's you're own fault. The staff was pleasant and seemed to enjoy working there which usually tells me they're actually getting paid and they don't struggle with addiction like the folks at dunks. Go here. It is wonderful

There bagles are always great, and you can gry your bagels double toasted for so real extra crunch.

It was intimidating when I walk in all eyes was on me. The customer ask like they never see a BLACK WOMAN BEFORE.

Delicious bagels on the cheap. Much less expensive than going to Bruegger's or Dunkin' with no comparison in taste and quality. The only thing I don't love is the way the line works. It seems like there's way too many cooks in the kitchen behind the counter and everyone is running around and 12 people ask if you've been helped while you're waiting to tell the person who IS helping you the rest of your order. There's also no good place to wait for your order after you've paid either. You're just awkwardly standing in the way during the entire experience.

You won't get a better bagel or a better selection anywhere. The staff smile as you enter and say hello. That's good service in 5 star restaurant's.

First time there. Got salmon and cream cheese bagel. Pretty good. Employees were smiling which is nice to see.

The best bagels around! And their flavored cream cheeses are great. I love the apple cinnamon walnut bagel, the sundried tomato bagel, the veggie cream cheese, and the chive cream cheese. But everything they have is delicious!

I recently moved to Stoughton, and tried a number of bagel joints. This place is one of the better around. Bagels are fresh and staff is friendly. Coffee is good too. Only gripe (a minor one) is they don't have Splenda or Truvia (or their non name brand equivalent).

They have the best bagels here....try the cinnamon sugar with the honey raisin cream cheese !

Exit 17B.... Can't miss driving 24. Excellent! My favorite is the everything bagel toasted with bacon horseradish cream cheese (I told them they should call it the "Chris B" because I get it every time I'm on 24

The BEST Bagels in the entire Greater Boston area. Hands down. Great , quick and courteous staff... such a great spot.

I used to come to Back Bay bagels often, and I have to say I am extremely disappointed in their customer service on my visit today. I was sold a bagel with cream cheese that was hard, untoasted, and so small it was smaller than the palm of my hand. This bagel was the size of a miniature bagel you’d get from the grocery store. The young man who made my order looked at me and chuckled when he handed me the bag with my bagel in it. For the price of their bagels to be sold what I was sold is just a slap in the face. I feel I was treated unfairly compared to other customers! As a minority it is unfortunate to say I’ve had similar experiences other places. Please avoid eating here...

Everything was sooooo good. The wife had the bagel with cream cheese. She said it was to die for and I had the egg, cheese and sausage with extra cheese on a bagel which just melted in your mouth. Plus fresh baked cookies. Tasty. A must if you are in town.

This is my favorite place to go and get a bagel! My boyfriend and I frequently stop here to get breakfast on our way to work, and we are in love with the BLT on a bagel. The staff is mostly made up of college students, so there is a lot of turn over, but the workers are friendly and fast!

Second to none! Bagels are incredible, bagel sandwiches are stuffed full and delicious. And the specialty cream cheeses? Ridiculous. Be prepared for a wait on weekend mornings, but well worth it! And if you time it right, your favorite bagel flavor will be hot out of the oven!

Best bagels ever. Highly recommend the chive cream cheese on almost anything, but definitely the everything and marble. I love their smoked salmon and cream cheese sandwich, too. Excellent service and great prices, too.
